FOOD

CATERING - The overall quality of the food provided was more than sufficiant for the kids and parents.

PARTY PACKS - Earth Kids party packs seem to be legendary. Parents and kids were somewhat surprised with the quality of the packs.

SPACE AND EQUIPMENT

INSIDE SPACE - This venue has more than enough space to contain a large group during a rainy day

OUTSIDE SPACE - Earth Kids is built on a fairly decent sized plot. The land is open which allows you to easily watch your kids at play.

EQUIPMENT - This venue seems to have everything, from trains to jumping castles. Their equipment is very clean and well looked after.

PARKING - Although the parking was small, there was just enough space to accommodate all the cars.

SAFETY & SECURITY

SAFETY - There was a first aid kit available and visable as well as a fire extinguisher

SECURITY - It was far to easy to wonder in and out. Although there was a lock on the gate there was no visable security.

ADMIN & MANAGEMENT

STAFF - The staff were polite and very helpful. They seemed to be busy and handled their jobs well enough.

"We were very happy with the venue, and most of the moms seemed to enjoy it quite a lot. There is ample space, the play equipment is great, clean and relatively new. Besides that, the venue offers a great deal of services. Since we were on quite a tight budget, we decided to do a lot of things ourselves, but they can do all catering, cakes, drinks, jumping castles, water slides, entertainment, .... What is also nice is that there is quite a large area inside (in case of rain, you're not completely in trouble). They also offered to do party packs at R30 per pack. The party packs were really great and three days after the party the moms are still raving about them. Probably the only downside is the lack of a security guard. It would have been much safer had there been a more adequate surveillance of the entry to the venue." - Dorine
